Every few years, I step away from the stage and allow the ground to rest.
In that time, I give myself space to recover my courage and inspiration, the kind that eventually yields a fresh harvest of words, creative projects, and new forms of art.
The time has come for another fallow season.
I won’t be taking on any new poetry commissions or performances until 2026.
With a full heart, I’ll be stepping into the final performances still on the calendar, and I’m even more excited for what will bloom after this season of rest.
